The wallet and card have different requirements, and I appreciate when those steps are explained separately. It saves a lot of confusion for first-time users. My only nitpick is that fee explanations could always be even more visual.

During this time I contacted support many times, approximately ten or more, but the last response essentially boils down to them 'understanding' my situation, but being 'forced to conduct a thorough review', which stretches the verification timelines to another 30–60 days. Meanwhile, the money remains frozen with no ability to withdraw or use it, though the source is transparent: first payment—legally earned casino winnings, second—payment for work. I consider such prolonged and unjustified blocking of my funds unacceptable. I request you immediately complete the verification or provide clear and documented reasons for blocking, and ensure full unblocking and withdrawal of all retained funds for transactions 54393046728708 and 54527545363455. After resolving this issue and withdrawing my funds, I do not intend to continue using Trusty Plus services due to loss of trust in the platform.

How easy to lose $500 with Trustee Plus. I've been a Trustee Plus client for over a year (ID: nj99zyqdam). Started using their service almost from opening. Over a year I brought the service thousands in commissions—fact is, I have a business and all my regular expenses went through Trustee Plus. November 21 for the first time in all my time using the service, they blocked a $500 transaction, even though I always used the same wallets for deposits. No new deposit transactions, so no way there could be 'black crypto' or anything. I wrote to tech support. They requested proof of fund origin and other info. I provided absolutely everything: company data, business type, everything—A to Z. Promised verification in 3–7 business days. Ultimately verification has been going for exactly one month. Money not returned, funds held, deadlines keep dragging. Will be writing to regulators and their partner Quicko, and will maximize publicizing the situation. DEFINITELY WRITE to regulator if you have similar Trustee Plus situation. Also leave reviews everywhere possible, and if significant amount was blocked—advise sending a pre-trial claim.

August 31, 2025 I entered lease agreement and paid 9500 euro advance. Topped up Trustee balance. Generally been using this bank few months. Everything would be fine, except these incidents. Now I'll be forced lose housing.
