FYI cash withdrawals bill payments none of it earns anything and there are monthly ATM caps too. Learned that the hard way. The fine print eats a lot of the appeal
Ordered the physical card and waited nearly three weeks while competitors ship overnight. Virtual worked at least but come on. Onboarding felt dated
My stake value dropped below the threshold because CRO fell and suddenly I'm downgraded a tier and lost the lounge access I was using. Felt punished for holding their own token
Ppl complain a lot but my Ruby Steel still gives me the monthly Spotify back and 2% is 2%. For a free card no annual fee I'm not mad at it at all
Staked 5k worth of CRO for the Indigo tier, token tanked like 40% during the lock and the 'rewards' didn't come close to covering the loss. You're basically betting on CRO not the card. Don't fall for it
The card itself is great, fast, reliable, no issues spending. My only gripe is everything is tied to CRO which swings wildly. Locked a chunk for the tier and watched it dip. But spending experience 5 stars
Card got flagged and frozen while I was abroad, couldn't spend, support took a day to respond across time zones. Being stuck in another country with a dead card is exactly what you don't want
Did a normal top up and my account got frozen for 'review' for 72 hours. No warning no explanation. Support just kept saying be patient. Meanwhile I couldn't pay for anything. This happens way too often from what I read

The brand is familiar and the product category is mature. Still, I'd compare the specific tier available to me rather than the most attractive one in the marketing material.
If you're not a whale staking huge amounts this card does nothing for you anymore. The good tiers need 50k or 500k staked. For normal people it's just a prepaid card with extra steps
Been on Jade Green for two years, staked my CRO and honestly the 3% back plus Spotify and Netflix reimbursement covers what I spend on subs anyway. Not gonna lie the Level Up changes stung but if you were already staking it's fine. Just don't unstake or your rate drops
Recently decided try new crypto card, lot heard about. Well, honestly, at first worried bitโmaybe complicated, maybe not profitable? But decided why not. First surprisedโhow easy use. Seriously, thought more hassle. Then moment truthโpay coffee my favorite cafe. Just apply card, and done, payment went. And moment I understood very convenient have such tool hand, especially when work clients abroad. So friends, if doubt, recommend try. Me liked. This subjective opinion. Hope you'll like too:)
Since November they removed the non staking rewards on my old card. So now I earn literally nothing unless I lock up CRO for a year. Why would I lock volatile crypto for 12 months just to get 2% back smh
Travel a lot for work and the zero foreign transaction fee is the main reason I keep it. Card gets accepted everywhere Visa is, apple pay works fine. Cashback in CRO is a bonus I don't really count on tbh
Tried reaching support about a declined transaction three times over chat, got bounced between bots and canned replies. No phone line at all. For a company this big it's embarrassing. Trustpilot 2 stars is generous
Everything is CRO which means every reward is a bet on their token holding value. Got my cashback, token dropped, cashback evaporated. Would much prefer stablecoin or actual cash back
Was on the card since 2021 for the 8% and now after all the cuts it's basically pointless unless you stake half a million dollars. The whole reason I got it is gone. Absolute bait and switch over the years
Here's how I'd compare it to a regular bank card rather than getting distracted by the perk chart. First, the monthly or tier cost. Second, what happens to the conversion rate on a weekend or abroad. Third, whether I can understand a declined payment without opening a support ticket. Fourth, whether a refund gets treated sensibly. Only after that would I work out the real value of rewards. The glossy benefits are fun to read, but I'm trying to find a card I'll be happy to use on a completely ordinary Tuesday.
Had a 48 hour hold on my funds after KYC re-verification with zero communication about why. Money just sat there frozen. Really shakes your trust when it's your own cash
